Pledge load mechanism will have new breakthroughs.

Vice director ZOU JI from Environmental Studies of the Renmin University of China pointed out, most of the manufactories of environmental protection equipments and products were small and medium-sized enterprises, the relevant ministries should attach importance to their financing difficulties.

 The person said, around the old problems of sewage and refuse treatment market supervision as “settle the supervisor and subcontract for multi-levels”, the above mentioned “Plan” mentioned multiple new policies, such as normalization of project bidding process, breaking local protection and prohibition of cutthroat competition.

 For the environmental protection equipment manufacturing industry, people from MIIT said, “the Twelfth Five-Year plan for environmental protection equipment manufacturing industry” which led by MIIT was also under establishment, which may unveil after “the Twelfth Five-Year energy saving and environmental protection industry development plan”. The plan proposed that rapid developed environmental protection equipment manufacturing base, fostered a number of leading SEMs and tried to achieve 20% growth rate.
